Proactive, not reactive

Profile Homes is about being progressive, proactive rather than reactive.
Principal, Robert James has a passion for building which has supported him since first leaving school.He managed his own building business for 15 years before working as a senior building inspector for the Manawatu District Council.
A stint as a Master Builder House of the Year judge saw Robert keen to get back into construction, and Profile Homes was born. The large family home at 101 Pharazyn Street is one of many "spec" homes, a chance to demonstrate real  Profile Homes flair and attention to detail.
Robert gathered a group of tradesmen together to  focus on more of his own development work.

Joinery Shop

Gerry Evernden of HMJ Joinery was engaged  to carry out joinery requirements for Profile Homes.
In 2005 Profile Homes bought Gerry's business and took it under their professional roof. Gerry now manages Profile Joinery and a staff of four joiners. Profile Joinery offers a full range of joinery services, from kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, through to furniture, pre-hung doors, wooden windows French doors and stairways. Many custom built pieces of furniture, including beautiful pieces made from recycled timber, have been proudly carried out the doors.

The advantage of having your own  joinery factory is huge.Work is carried out quickly according to demand and the high quality, professionally built furniture and building components add huge value to the business.

Showroom

Visitors to Profile Homes showroom can immediately view the colours textures and surfaces available for kitchens and bathrooms. A selection of good quality Parmco and Burns and Farrell appliances are available through Profile Homes, providing a good architectural range for astute home buyers.

Interior design

Profile Home Centre has its own Interior and Kitchen Designer, Kathleen Cowan who has added her design skills to the Companies New Show Home.  She has a natural flair for colour whilst still remaining practical.
